I agree. For us, the issue is definitely that the filters available in constituent lists or gift lists are insufficient to do what we want to do. It would be amazing if we could view dynamic queries as constituent lists. Another way to make this better would be adding more options to the filters on the lists. For example, if it is possible to select "Any of these" or "All of these" it should also be possible to select "None of these" - this is currently not an option in the filters within custom fields, for example.

Currently, the only option available is to start a list from a static query. We'd like to be able to start a list off a dynamic query and then also have it update whenever the query updates as it is refreshed and records either add themselves or drop off based on the query criteria. Having to a build a new list time and again is frustrating and time consuming.

Agreed. The list filters in NXT are extremely limiting so utilizing database view dynamric queries would open up a number of options. ie. use in email blasts, more sophisticated applications of workflows, etc.

I'm not Katie but I'd love to be able to pull dynamic lists from the database view into NXT. NXT has no where near the amount of filters that database queries do. Being able to create a smart well drafted list in the database and being able to set it and forget it for emails in web view would be great!

This idea is about Lists in NXT that come from a query in Database View. Those queries must be static queries, and if you want it to refresh in NXT you have to first change it to dynamic and then back to static in database view.

Can you provide more information on this request? Lists in the RE NXT webview are dynamic and do change as data in NXT is refreshed and updated. Is there an aspect of data that doesn't refresh as you would like.
