Add ability to "work with relationships" like "work with gifts" in NXT

It would be great if we could click the relationships tile & create a list of all relationships to a constituent, like the "work with gifts" function. AND, adding relationship to the list filters would be really helpful.

    Scrolling through 'pages' of relationships on this tile is really time consuming and hard to ensure new relationships are entered similar to existing ones.

    The ability to go to an org record and pull up a list of all of their relationships, employees for example, would be very useful. Especially for comapanies doing payrol deductions for various charities.
