We have our organization's website set up in the Online Express portion of Raisers Edge and have it set so that whenever we receive a gift, we receive a copy of the Thank You email that the donor receives after processing their payment - so that we are alerted there's been a gift immediately. We just started using our Blackbaud Merchant Services credit card readers more frequently but there is no option for the email notifications to be sent real time when a donation is made. The only options right now are a daily, weekly, or monthly summary report. It'd be helpful if there was an option to receive an email for each transaction.
