I'm a recurring donor to multiple orgs and always receive an email thank you/notification when my monthly gifts are processed. But my org uses Raiser's Edge, and they don't have a way to generate these notifications. So if there is an issue with the gift, the donor may not know immediately. Also, they only get one thank you initially when they set up their gift. Any other communications, we have to generate manually. It would be very helpful to add this simple feature!
