It is so tremendously difficult to determine if an email is soft vs hard bounced in the current set up, where you need to create a constituent list of bounces and then systematically/one-by-one go through and put eyes on the Email History tile to view the email sent to see the specifics. It is a best practice to update hard bounce emails as Inactive, the way the system currently stands - the time and effort that goes in to do this (depending on org/list size) can outweigh the benefit. Pretty please give us the ability to easily get the detail we are looking for so we can maintain clean data.
