Admin note: This idea has been edited to combine similar suggestions without changing the core of the idea.

Currently it shows on the actual record and in search but it is most useful in lists or on needs attention cards where you may not know which John Smith you are seeing.

It should also be more flexible, such as by sourcing it from the Addressee/Salutation setting.
