Add "Giving Summary" column to lists

To mimic the export functionality in database view. This would allow a user to add columns to lists that are filtered giving summaries (filtered by gift type, date, campaign/fund/appeal).

    It would be great to have a custom gift summary field in constituent lists. Our organization could especially use a YTD total column.
