we want to export unacknowledged gift report every month to send emails or mail to donor address acknowledgement letters - So under lists there is constituents and gifts and there we can choose columns and filter for whichever information we want but one information that we cannot choose under column is constituent contact address (email or home address) that is a limitation we have to manually click each record for every donor to copy past their address in the excel list so we can send them acknowledgement emails - We use mail merge -so we export csv file. It is a huge hurdle.
We use gift lists to send filter on package (can't filter on package in Constituent lists) and send out incentives and thank you notes to donors. We would appreciate the option to add the address as a visible column so we can easily copy down addresses.
