NXT: Proposal page - add phone number and email.

When I am on the Proposal screen I want to stay there rather then selecting back to the summary; I would like the phone number and email on the proposal screen as well.

    As a workaround (on a computer, at least) Ctrl+click the Proposal to open it in a new window or tab, then you still have the Constituent Record open as well.
