When adding a Constituent to NXT our compulsory items do feed through from DB, allowing incomplete details to be added to the system, which then has an effect on them showing in search on NXT which leads to duplicate records being created. Is it possible for Compulsory items to be compulsory on both DB and NXT
This is absolutely vital. We have a number of mandatory fields in the database view to ensure we can manage duplicates and ensure we have enough data to communicate effectively with our constituents. This would seem like a basic functionality to have the fields you've marked as compulsory in DB view be compulsory in web view as well. I don't understand how this has to go into an ideas bank.
