Include Spouse Birthday in Upcoming Birthday tags

Include the spouse birthday in the "Upcoming Birthday" tag. Our Development Officers like to send birthday cards to their donors but don't want to miss spouse birthdays, which are currently excluded from this tag criteria.

      Also add this as a filter in constituent Lists. This will enable Workflow application.

      Doing this will save me 2 hours of reporting time a month! Please, please, please! I am a single person research/prospect management department in a $25M+ fundraising shop.
