Add Spouse Soft Credits to Gift Statements

It would be helpful if gift statements in NXT included the soft credits for spouses, since most couples give together.

Related ideas
Giving Statements should be have a "Household" option, as many constituents give by household budget, and RE allows gifts to be entered in either record.
This would be SUPER helpful for end of the year statements. But it would also be helpful if we could produce a "household" statement - because a lot of our parents give separately! Thank you!
