Currently using RE7 and a lot of constituents don't have the alternate versions of their first names stored, eg: 

Anthony, Tony; 

Elizabeth, Liz; 

Michael, Mike. 

And using Search I quite often rely on typing the first three letters of first name and surname - it normally brings up a short enough list of hits that I can easily spot the constituent I want.

So it would be really handy if NXT could have, eg, a user-defined table of first name equivalents.
