Search Constituents by UK postcode

The main way our organisation searches Constituents is by postcode, to ensure you get the correct record. I would have thought this would be a requirement for all UK users. The Database view is much more user friendly for reducing the records searched to find the correct one (with a database of over 80k this is needed)

It is a standard function in all databases to be able to search by post code, I cant believe its not available.

Not just for the UK...search by US Zip Code would also be very useful.
