Ability to search by post code on NXT

It would be useful to be able to search for constituents using their post code. This is something which we currently use frequently in Database View to identify records / prevent duplicate entries.

    Why convert to a web based system and not have all the same capabilities in the previous system? It is counter productive. Telling us all this flowery bull about how much better the web version will be but not giving us the same capabilities is going to cause you to lose clients.

    I completely agree too ! I've just come out of a meeting today with our customer experience team and this is a key priority for them. After all, the post code search option is available in data base view, so why not in web view too ?
