More filter options to Work Center Unassigned Constituents Merged

The Unassigned prospects in the Work Center is a very long list.  Adding more filters would be very helpful, for us Faculty and Graduation Date (range) would help narrow down the list to those most relevant to the fundraiser.

    How can we make sure that unassigned constituents whose spouse IS assigned does not show up on this UNASSIGNED Work Center list?? I would like this list to truly identify unassigned prospects in the way it is intended.
