Add a filter for purpose on proposal Work Center
Being able to either sort by proposals by purpose or add a filter for proposals would be incredibly helpful because we use the proposal purpose to group certain proposals together by funding priorities. Being able to scroll through the status of all proposals for a certain purpose would be extremely helpful.
