Email recording/history. It would be nice to not have to do the second step of making an action after you send an email.

I would like to see the same thing happening in NXT when a fundraiser sends an email to one of their prospects.
If you are using OLX (Online Express), you can open the message there and click the blue button to push the data to RE. This will create an Appeal Record for the email message and Appeal Tags on all of the applicable records.
If you want to see Actions created instead of, or in addition to, Appeals, I would put that in the OLX Idea Bank, not here...or maybe both.
