Allow RE forms to map to the Comments field in BBMS

Mapping to the comments field would allow users to track use of multiple forms through one BBMS account rather than having to set up separate accounts for every distinct purpose. Lacking this is driving our Business Office completely nuts.

    This is already available for Blackbaud Education Management Registration Forms. The form name is so crucial for our Business Office when reconciling charges. The proposed workaround from Support to pull reports from RE NXT just adds additional steps, time and potential for errors.
