The ability to have a form that allows for just a comment box .

We are looking for patients to give us feedback and are looking at creating a form that allows them to just add a comment. (They do not need to register for an event or give a donation.)

    At this time Blackbaud does not plan to build a form that just allows a comment entry. We recommend you look to form solutions like Google Forms or JotForm for needs such as this.
