RE NXT Fund Description to be able to filter out Inactive funds

Currently when you access the Analyze tab in RE NXT and  select the drop down list of Fund Codes you get an exhausted list of Active and Inactive funds codes. It would be great to minimize the list of funds to be able to include Active Fund codes.

    Filtering inactive funds, appeal, campaigns, etc. everywhere it is used needs to be an option.

    This needs to be done for all places where lists of values are available (receipting, for example).
