When adding filters to the Analyze portion of RE NXT, inactive records appear for Funds, Campaigns and Appeals, which means there may literally be 100 or more in each column to weed through to get to the active ones you are working with.  It would be nice to have a box to click so that you can display active, inactive or all from each column
