Currently, when you go to create a list in NXT all appeals, funds and campaigns are visible even if they were marked as inactive in RE7. For some, that's a lot of options to go through especially if you don't remember exactly the name you are looking for. Could inactive appeals, funds and campaigns not populate the drop-down lists in the future (near future if possible)?
Maybe instead of having all ticked by default, when choosing a filter, they could be at least all blank, then it would be easy to just search for the appeals/Funds required and tick
Please combine the votes for all Idea related to hiding inactive fields. This is a core funciton in the database view and should have already been carried over to the Web View. Our team can't be expected to know what is inactive and what isn't when they are filter. They should only see what's active.
Adding a radio button to filter out inactive funds, appeals and campaigns would help when creating reports
I would like to show appeal except one and it will not allow me to do this as there is a limit of 500 selections - i noly have 88 active appeals so this would work if only showed ative appeals - please update as soon as you can
When will this get updated?
Feels like a huge mistake on BB to keep inactive funds populating in drop-downs. Please add a radio button to allow useres to choose if they do or don't want to see inactive entries.
Any update on this requested feature on when it can be implemented? I see that the initial post/request was made in 2016 and it's still a "struggle' and requested feature for users in 2020.
Yes - it's very difficult finding (in our case) 10 campaigns in a list of hundreds.
Please give users the option to include or hide inactive Campaign, Fund and Appeal IDs. Also to decide whether to work with IDs or Descriptions!

Yes! Please implement this & not just for Appeals, Campaigns & Funds, but also Action Types. Our database goes back to 1989 & includes a ton of old code table entries. Please add this. I struggle to get some key leaders to use the Web View & when they see a list of old Action types or Appeal types in the Reporting Dashboards that just makes it harder to convince them that they should be using the Web View. Thanks!
I agree with this. I would also like for inactive appeals to not show up on the analytical appeal reporting. Currently you have to scroll down and check only the appeals that you want to have appear, but with so many old inactive appeals this is a very tedious process.
