Not all required fields chosen in database view are required in NXT
For example, Nickname / Preferred Name is required in our RE database, but I cannot make it required in RE-NXT. As more & more staff are using NXT, this is creating probems.0

Add Faculty in the Lists Filter
Currenly in RE queries users can filter by Faculties, but in NXT Lists this is not possible. It is very hard to promote Lists if the users are not able to filter by Faculty.4
