In the Spouse connection at top of NXT record, use Preferred Name for Spouse too.
At the top of an NXT record, you can custom your view to say Sam Hernadez instead of Samantha, but it doesn't affect the way the Spouse is connected at the top of the record. It still reads the First Name, not Preferred.0
