Add a Font Size Adjusting Mechanism for Accessibility

The current design of NXT is difficult to read on my tablet and worse on my phone. The text is slightly grey rather than black which isn't a terrible problem, except that I can't make it bigger, and it's very small. The layout of NXT is responsive, which is great, but I need to be able to tap to increase the font size. When I override the zoom in my phone's browser, the entire page changes, which defeats the whole purpose of the responsive design.

That said, the font is fine on my desktop browser. It's a little small for my coworkers, but the browser zoom works better there. A per-device font-size setting would be a great solution.

The other great thing to have would be to make the border of the field boxes darker - we have a volunteer who scans and attaches documents for us through NXT and their eyesight is such that it's difficult to see where the boxes are. If it was possible to have it just a bit darker, it would help so much!

I did wonder if using some sort of browser-based CSS plugin might help but I'd rather not attempt it!

I'd also love to change the text to black...even this page is gray text on white background which is hard to read.  I know that's a common design for a lot of websites, but I really don't like it.
