I would love for there to be a realtime feed IN their record - esp. for twitter or a blog (which needs to be another type of online presence added BTW) and allow the user to add a key word that alerts me whenever they type a word I'm interested in.

I would love for it to at least pull in and update their profile pic, but I could see the drawback being that people sometimes don't use a photo of themselves on social media. I have also seen the location info be incorrect as well. Doesn't seem like a lot of people keep all that really updated on social media. It could be a good stand-in if you don't have that data already.
