Change field name back to nickname instead of preferred name
It isn't accurate to say a nickname is a preferred name. It may not be preferred at all or it may only be appropriate for some staff to use nickname.2

Fundraisers tend to miss the "Assign To" option at the bottom of the tab when creating new Actions. Moving that up to the top of the screen would help them to ensure they are selecting an option when adding a new Action.0
