Deceased indicator should be shut down for certain security groups.
I need to be able to stop certain security groups from (mis)using the deceased indicator. It is not currently a field that can be controlled through security settings. Please add it. Thanks!1

CAPTCHA is should be a feature that is able to be enabled within NXT donation forms.
