Deceased indicator should be shut down for certain security groups.

I need to be able to stop certain security groups from (mis)using the deceased indicator. It is not currently a field that can be controlled through security settings. Please add it. Thanks!

    This is very important for data hygiene; good intentioned team members are making changes in NXT which are creating a domino effect that can result in exclusion of key donors because they do not use RE database to manage the intricacies of records. Please consider this security update. Thank you!
