Update for Annual Giving Statement
Merged
Add the ability to have a footer in NXT with more space to allow for "tax deductible" language. Also, allow for printing 2-sided with "page breaks" between constituents. A constituent's statement would be 2-sided if it ran over one page, but single page statements would be one-sided.
