Eliminate 50 character limit for Position field on Org. Relationships
We are experiencing significant frustrations with regard to the 50 character limit in the Position field on an Organization Relationship record in our RE database. Many of our constituents, especially retirees, have titles that exceed 50 characters. We would like to see this limit either eliminated or increased to 100 characters. Thank you.

We get employment information from LiveAlumni for our Alumni. The data for this is all over the place, with many position titles well over the limit. We want to enter what the alum has put on their record in LinkedIn as it is and not have to spend the time updating several times a year the same information when we get data from LiveAlumni to put in our system. This will also help to ensure that we are inputting the same position/job title on the org record a new relationship is not created because the abbreviated position is different than what we shortened it to the previous time. This is so critical to help w/ processes. Character limits need to be increased for this field and several others.
I'm encountering this A LOT. Many of the people I need to add have a multi-title title ([X] Something & [Y] Analyst for example). I've been putting full titles in the Notes, but obviously that's less than ideal.
A 50 character limit does not work for us. We need unlimited space for this field.
I needed to add an Address Attribute to get a longer Title, then in pulling lists for mailings and such, I'd replace the Position Field with the Address Attribute text. It worked, but this would be better!!
50 characters limits us, especially because we have several alumni who asked that their position titles be listed in a certain way, which is longer than 50 characters.
Let's make it Unlimited as this is what I was told would be the case during the selection process. :)
