BCC to create action on constituent record
I have see this added multiple times over the years - and it's in so so many other CRM's. It would be amazing for a user to have a BCC address meaning they can add it in to outgoing emails, the email is then sent to NXT at the same time and added to a constituent record.
How it will work?
Constituent emails charity
Member of the charity replies and BCC's in NXT email
NXT then auto places the email and its reply onto the constituent record.

Yes please - this feature is one that our leadership really has a hard time not believing this doesn't exist. They are used to smaller systems that can make this happen. Critical to our working efficiently - working smarter not harder. There are several ideas that basically say the same thing. Many have voting open - This is the newest one that was added by someone on my birthday! Must be a sign.
