Date & Time stamp for notes

The F5 date & time stamp is extremely useful for notes in the database view; please consider adding to RENXT.

      I still spend so much of my time in RE7 that I was not aware of this. THIS FUNCTION IS ABSOLUTELY NECESSARY!!!
