In addition to date created, add time and dates NXT batch created and committed

Currently, NXT batches reflect date created and created by, it would be helpful for those tracking turnaround time to have time created along with date and time batch committed.

    This is also helpful as Luminate transactions when exported have the time. We are in the process of moving all our Luminate donation pages to NXT. When you are dealing with donations on 12/31 and BB is on ET and we are on MT, we need to know which transactions to track as 12/31 still. We also use the time for determining process flow from starting a transaction to completing it.
