Every 6 months or so, I have to chat in to support to reach out for a download of our RENXT Marketing sent activity to be able to see the time stamps/look back at what time emails were sent.
Currently, only the date sent can be viewed while in RENXT. It seems like a no brainer to incorporate the time so that customers can look back at this information and not have to record it somewhere else themselves. We, of course, want to be able to look at open rate performance based on the day/time of the week and determine best times to send an email based on our audience's activity.
