Currently we can not edit a pledge in NXT Merged

currently, if we want to add a comment or reference to a pledge record, we can't do it in NXT. We have to do it in desktop. full functionality should carry over to editing any transaction.

    The ability to edit these fields on all gifts is planned work. This idea specifically calls out pledge, but I am going to combine it with a more general idea dealing with the field being editable across all gift types.

    Need full ability to adjust pledge as well as other gift types.

    Need ability to edit pledge amount, too. When pledges are not posted at times want to just change pledge amount without a formal adjustment. (Pledge entered as $100, donor paid card fees too. Want to increase pledge to reflect amount including card fees.)
