Gifts that are processed as a Batch should be available to download through Audit Documents as a Batch via the Zip File. Gifts are not necessarily added individually to a record. This would allow the Batched Receipts (mulitple donors processed in a batch) to be saved at our location and available to the donor once the lifespan of URLs for PDF receipt documents expires. It is easier to search for the PDFs as a Batch when processed as a batch (multiple donors). Donor do misplace their receipts and or delete them accidentally.
