NXT webview missing important phone fields

There are several posts about adding 'Comments' fields to emails in NXT, but this needs to go even further. ALL phone fields (phones & emails) need to be brought over to NXT, including 'Date last changed'. We rely on both the Comments and Date last changed fields to make informed decisions after record merges and to do cleanup work. In addition, it would be preferable if 'Date last changed' became a static field and renamed to just 'Date' or 'Date added'.

Definitely need a date associated with phone number/email address.

When you add all the phone/email fields in webview, please also make it so these are easily visible without scrolling and/or clicking to another screen to see more details. For admins, it is a huge frustration not to see all relevant details with a quick glance.

We use this for any updates/changes to records. Have even considered making it a required field, if possible. Tells source of #, reason for marking inactive, constituent comments, and more. Please give us comment field.

We use this a lot. One example of a tricky situation: We sometimes receive email addresses or phone numbers through board members and mark the email as DNC for the general emails, but put a comment in there about how it was received. A MGO knows they can reach out and let the constituent know they got their email from XYZ board member.

This is an important field, especially when managing duplicate records. Please bring it into web view.

The date last changed is super helpful to me when doing Data cleanup in organization records where there are multiple old emails listed from dozens of years of old data to differentiate what was changed recently. I also use the comments to list which are for which type of contact (Volunteer contact vs. preferred) as my work hasn't come fully on board to using that information in the relationships tab, but that doesn't help when the comments don't carry over to NXT :/

We always track bounce details in the comments field. When emails bounce through mass emailings but work for an individual, it's import to note that somewhere so the email doesn't get invalidated in error, and also so the fundraiser can see that they don't get eblasts when they reach out.

We need the comment fields so we can track historically all the changes in phones and emails - this is critical for our processes

And agree about the date - who cares about the date last changed - we need date or date added

I would go even further than this and request that the Properties data be added to web view, too. We need to be able to audit records and data and see when a record was last touched and by whom.

These fields are very important for various reasons including: Updating to a newer email (referencing the date last changed) when one bounces, tracking comments like the source of the phone/email (in comments), etc.

We have a very seasonal donor base and it's critical that we can include more information about phone numbers. In DBV I am able to record more - "Florida landline", for example. But if my gift officers can't see it in web view, they will blindly dial through all of the numbers listed if the primary phone isn't answered. Time wasted and unnecessary frustration result.
