More merge fields for AI acknowledgements
The new AI acknowledgement letters are a great start and have so much potential! However, their use is limited without more available merge fields.
As a start, I would love to see donation frequency for recurring gifts, gift receipt number, and custom fields. It would be fantastic if the bot could pull information from the constituent record too, like the last event they attended.
It would also be amazing to be able to input rules around language and talking points. For example, we have an internal language guide to preference certain words over others (e.g. Protect, instead of Save). It would be really great to have a place to provide this kind of information, to give the AI bot as much help as possible.
Overall a great new feature though, and I'm excited to see what we can do with it.

I need to be able to say Dear so-and-so using the first name field as a merge.
I agree with Jenny Mulcock's post. It would be nice to have more gift field options. We utilize package and attributes for both event and appeal gift transactions. We have multiple event and appeals running now and I would like to be able to create my own custom template messaging for a quick acknowledgment too.
