Prior to your most recent update, we could personalize our acknowledge template with merge fields. So we could add the donor's name, details about them, etc. Now that option no longer exists and our previous template was deleted. From my personal experience using multiple CRMs, blackbaud is by far the most difficult to use and lacking a lot of features that would save our team valuable time
