Right now when I make a constituent list I can start from a static query. It would be great if I could start from a dynamic query, that way I do not have to regularly update the query to have an accurate list.
This would be especially helpful because lists can't be transferred from one type of list to another: if I want a list of constituents with a particular action on their record, (i.e. a list of all churches in the last year that have had a fundraiser presentation), I have to use a static query. That means I have to update it every time we want to consult that list. If I could use a dynamic query instead, I would only have to create that query once.
(Blackbaud might ask why one wouldn't just use an actions list, but actions lists don't let you filter by constituent filters like address, and there's no map view. So no visualization tools, filtering by address radius, selecting actions in a particular state, etc.)
