Portal lifetime giving amount should not double count pledges and their payments

The lifetime giving calculation in the portal currently includes both pledges and their payments, resulting in double-counting the same gift. This inflates the giving history for donors with pledges, displaying incorrect amounts and potentially causing confusion.

As it stands, this issue makes the portal unusable for our clients. Please prioritize resolving this to ensure accurate giving histories.

    Will there be an option for the donor in the portal to make their pledge payment from the portal with their credit card or other saved payment method?

    this needs to be fixed. Is it possible to turn off the lifetime giving until it is fixed?

    Agree with everyone on this! If possible, it would be ideal to show donors something that would make sense to them like "Lifetime pledged" and Lifetime paid", or something similar.
