put list total ($ amount) for Gift Lists (in addition to number of gifts) at top of list

we can quickly make Gift Lists in RENXT (webview) that provides the number of gifts at the top -- please add the total of those gifts as well so we don't have to export every list to get the gift total.

    Yes, Blackbaud, please add Total Number of Gifts and Total Amount Given to both the Gifts List and Constituent Lists! Thank you.
