I'd really like to be able to email a single constituent and have the text of that email save in their record. As it is now, I can email someone by clicking on their name, and then a new email opens in my Outlook. The action gets noted in the constituent record, but it doesn't add the TEXT of the email, just the fact that I emailed them. I have to thesave the email as a pdf from my outlook and then attach pdf of the email to the action if I want it saved in their record.
