No ability to add county in database view addresses

We track giving by county for a constiuent giving in our database but I don't see any way to add that to an address in webview. It's important to know for our sales staff. The abilty to add it is in database view.

Related ideas
Seeing the field on the record, the summary info on lists and everywhere else is critical. Also filtering by county on all reports and lists is imperative. Using Address Accelerator to add counties globally in WebView is also important.

Just as we would use on the database view, we'd like this to be available on NXT too.

We need to be able to add counties in Web View. We use county to segment mailing lists, and we use giving by counties in our dashboards. We have foundations located in 5 separate but geographically close counties in the Midwest. Being able to segment our mailings and giving by county is essential for us. (also please refer to the ideas for adding AddressAccelerator capabilities to web view.)
I'm in the US and the County field for addresses is currently unavailable in web view, but exists in web view. It's something we use frequently for geographical segmentation and really needs to be visible and editable in web view too.
County is available in the UK. Is this for another country?
