If there is, please make it an option to set in Config or Admin>Security! Since moving to Hosting (about a week before NXT went live) I've been continually frustrated by the timeout feature in Hosted RE:7. Before being Hosted, it would simply activate a screensaver mode, but when you signed back in, you were right where you left off, all windows and records open just as you left them. Now, after an hour, all of RE closes and any work that was not saved, or even windows opened and arranged just as I want them is lost...not to mention having to also reopen Citrix. I go to a meeting that should be just under an hour, click on something just before I leave, and come back to everything closed because the meeting was 1:02.
I really don't see a need even for the screensaver piece. If I happen to be entering credit card info (which is really rare), it's going to be on my desk anyways, and there shouldn't be anyone in my office if I'm not there, either. Plus, after 15 minutes of inactivity, our workstations lock organization-wide (we have HIPPA protected data pretty wide-spread across our programs). And I usually use Ctrl+Alt+Delete to lock my screen when I'll be away from my desk for more than a minute or two.
Any update?
