Add Gift Code Data Field to NXT Gift Records Merged

It would be great if it were an option to enter Gift Codes into new gift records created in NXT and to view the Gift Code field in the NXT web view.

    New to NXT (in testing phase) - the Gift Code is essential in adding new gifts for us.
