In webview batch need to have default option we can set to add a gift subtype when batch is created as well as change acknowlegements and receipt options

we use gift subtypes for all out gift entry for instance for recurring batch in webview we have to have a subtype so once we approve a batch I have to run a global change to add the subtype and make acknowledgements do not acknowledge and recepts do not receipt
