unable to create a batch template and use in RE NXT webview like was done in database view kindly impement and send us the documentation to guide in the process. Becomes very cumbersome to get the data into RE NXT webview especially as we have a lot of diffrent gifts with diffrent criteria set.

This is why people who are used to database view don't want to start using web view. There are WAY too many things, like gift batch templates and defaults that make database view gift entry much more accurate and much quicker than what you have to do in web view. Please get this fixed before you ever attempt to close down database view. I mean really! You can't even create a Campaign yet in web view. How hard could that be????

This is a no brainer for people who use batch every day. Many of us use gift attributes (custom fields) when doing batches. I have batch templates for wires, credit card gifts, cash gifts, etc... None of these use the same fields that are in the default batch that automatically loads. Having to recreate the fields you want to include each time you create a batch is ridiculous and time consuming.

I would like to see this as well. We use gift codes to track what during which program a member made a gift during our pledge drives, we're an NPR station. This is easily done in database view but there is no ability to do this in webview batches.

Even just something as simple as creating an option to copy unapproved batches in webview. If we can create templates in webview, leave them unapproved, and then make a copy to edit and approve, that would easily work. But as is, we have to edit and add in every single campaign, fund, appeal, etc. for every single new batch.
